At the heart of my teaching is a commitment to individual attention, mentorship, and excellence. I believe in building a studio that feels like family—where students support one another, grow together, and know they are always part of something bigger. My goal is to help each student discover their unique path and prepare for a successful, impactful career in today’s global music world. Georgia State’s vibrant community, culture of creativity, and the energy of Atlanta make this the perfect place for that journey.”
Dr. Scibelli’s career has taken her to some of the world’s most prestigious concert halls, including La Scala in Milan, the Wiener Musikverein in Vienna, and the Royal Opera House in Muscat. Dr. Scibelli’s individualized approach to teaching will be at the forefront of her work at GSU, where she will oversee the violin studio and work with both undergraduate and graduate students. “I look forward to building a studio where students support each other and grow together. Georgia State provides the ideal environment for this kind of growth, and I am excited to begin this new chapter,” she said.
