It’s International Education Week, and Georgia State University's Perimeter College is all in, with a full slate of activities to highlight the institution's commitment to diversity and fostering global connections.
The list of events scheduled for Nov. 13-17 includes an Asia Expo, Holidays Around the World presentation and activities at all Perimeter locations -- including the annual cross-cultural celebrations planned for the Clarkston and Dunwoody campuses.
International Education Week, a joint initiative between the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education, celebrates the benefits of international education and exchange.
Perimeter College is home to students from more than 140 countries. Of the 18,000 students attending Perimeter, 3,000 are international students, immigrants or refugees.
