Bio
Dr. Moussaoui is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Management at Georgia State University's Robinson College of Business. He holds a Ph.D. in business administration with a concentration in supply chain management from the University of Arkansas’ Walton College of Business. Prior to joining Robinson, Dr. Moussaoui conducted empirical research and taught various logistics and supply chain management courses at the University of Arkansas and Georgia Southern University. His research interests include operations strategy, competitive dynamics and inter-organizational relationships. He is particularly interested in studying the interplay between operational efficiency and operational effectiveness, and their individual and collective effects on firm competitiveness under changing market conditions. His scholarly work has appeared in International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management and Transportation Research Part E along with conference proceedings of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals’ (CSMCP) Edge Conference and the Decision Sciences Institute’s (DSI) Annual Meeting.
Dr. Moussaoui also serves as director of the Global Logistics RoundTable, a networking and information sharing platform that brings together senior-level professionals in logistics, operations and supply chain Management (LOSCM), and helps support the synergistic relationship between the Robinson College of Business and the LOSCM community at large.
