
Bio
Dr. Elizabeth Beck is a professor in the School of Social Work at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies. Her major research interests are in the areas of mass incarceration, forensic social work and restorative justice. She also explores community organizing and neoliberalism. Since 2011, she has served as PI of the Professional Excellence Program, which provides training for the Division of Family and Children Services. She also oversees the Child Welfare Training Collaborative.
