Immigration Court Proceedings
Will Miller is one of the most sought-out immigration experts in the Southeast. He joined the College of Law faculty last year as a supervising attorney in the new Immigration Clinic. Prior to joining the College of Law, Miller had an immigration law practice where he helped immigrants seeking asylum in the United States. Before practicing immigration law, he was a civil litigation attorney. After leaving civil litigation, he volunteered at the Latin American Association and eventually took a position with the Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services Department, which handled up to 150 immigration cases at a time. He teaches students the intricacies of immigration law as they work on cases with actual clients.
