Erin Fuse Brown teaches administrative law, health law, and the health care transactional and regulatory practicum. She is a faculty member of the Center for Law, Health & Society. Fuse Brown’s areas of research and expertise include health care prices, health care markets, the Affordable Care Act, health care competition and regulation, patient financial protection, and genetic research and privacy. She blogs occasionally on The Source on HealthCare Price and Competition at UC Hastings College of Law and Harvard’s Bill of Health blog and has been quoted in the Boston Globe, Forbes.com and Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
