ATLANTA–The faculty of Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business are the most productive researchers in Georgia and fourth in the Southeast, according to 2020 rankings from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD).
In the UTD Top 100 Business School Research Rankings, Robinson is 32nd for faculty research productivity in North America and 39th worldwide. The program ranked behind Duke University, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Florida in the Southeast.
“Our standing in the UTD rankings reflects the depth of the scholarship produced at Robinson, and is consistent with Georgia State’s stature as a leading research university,” said Richard Phillips, dean of the Robinson College.
UTD rankings are based on faculty research published in 24 peer-reviewed research journals across multiple disciplines. The index scoring system measures single and multiple authors and university affiliations. This year’s rankings are for articles published from 2015 to 2019.
